What is the HBHS Foundation?
The HBHS Foundation is the primary fundraising organization for Huntington Beach High School. All proceeds will go directly to fund teacher and staff requested grants to enhance the educational experience for the students. These grants fund projects to support upgrades to our classroom tools and equipment, technology, and campus improvements in the areas of academics, the arts, athletics, and so much more. Here are some examples:
- Anatomy models, scales, and rotary sensors for science
- Grass volleyball courts, wrestling mat, and a PA system for athletics and the campus community
- Grand piano, guitars, and digital drawing and painting tablets for the arts
- Computer technology for the College & Career Center and the eSports Team
- Outdoor tables, furniture and murals for the student center, and water refill stations
- Funding for the Link Crew and Bridges student programs on campus
